Privacy & enquiries

A clear approach
to your information.

This page explains the contact features on MMDA’s development website.

Using the enquiry form

The form prepares an email in your browser. It does not send the message, save your entries to a website database, or enrol you in a mailing list. You choose whether to open your email application, use Gmail, or copy the draft.

When you select an email service, the prepared details are passed to that service so you can review and send the message. That service handles the draft under its own terms and privacy practices.

Information you choose to send

If you send MMDA an email, the team receives the information you include and may use it to respond to your enquiry or discuss potential participation. An initial enquiry does not authorize publication of your artist profile or grant rights to your artwork.

Forms and identity documents

The downloadable PDFs are reference materials. Filling in a downloaded form does not submit it to MMDA. Contact the team to discuss the appropriate way to return completed forms or sensitive identity documentation.

Website services

This build uses locally hosted fonts and images and includes no advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process standard connection and security logs. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
